Jobplus Medical and Health Science College ("Jobplus", "we", "us") operates campuses at Jogoo Road and Utawala, Nairobi. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website — mainly through the admissions and contact forms — why we collect it, and the rights you have over it under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.

When you start an application or get in touch, we may collect:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your gender, country of residence and year of birth
• Your course, campus, session-time and intake preferences
• How you heard about us and any referral code you give

We use this information to:

• Process your application and confirm your place
• Have an admissions officer verify your details and contact you about your place
• Respond to enquiries made through the contact or callback forms

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.

As you fill in the admissions form, your answers are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device, so you can pick up where you left off if you leave the page. This draft is not sent to us until you reach the final step and press "Submit application." It stays only on your device, and is cleared automatically once you submit, or at any time if you choose "Start fresh."

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except where a partner institution is directly involved in your programme (for example, a hospital for clinical attachment placements) or where we are required to by law.

If your application does not proceed, we retain your details for a reasonable period in case you choose to reapply, and delete them on request. Enrolled students' records are kept for the duration of study and as required by academic and regulatory record-keeping obligations after that.

Under the Data Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request deletion of your data, and to object to how it is used, subject to our legal and academic obligations.
